1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to most cities and towns across India, including metro areas and regional locations.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, our customer care team will inform you after you place the order.
2. Shipping Time & Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation. Delivery of products usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the location. For rural or remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer. Installation is usually scheduled within 24–72 hours after product delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on most products unless otherwise specified. For remote or special delivery areas, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be communicated before dispatch.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your product is shipped, you will receive:
