At Mirror aqua, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return water purifiers, filters, or accessories and request a refund or replacement.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Used products, or items with broken packaging. Products damaged due to mishandling or improper installation by unauthorized persons. Custom orders or parts like filters once unsealed.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with:
Your order ID and date of purchase. Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item. A brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or request you to ship the product back to our warehouse.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund.
Note: Installation charges and consumables (like filters) are non-refundable once the product is opened or used.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may follow the return process after delivery.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement for defective or damaged items reported within7 days of delivery. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
